Silver Lake Auto’s Digital Courtesy Inspection

We Care About Our Customers

At Silver Lake Auto & Tire Centers, our relationship with our customers is why we do what we do. Every repair is about helping you get back to your job and family. We offer services to make your visit convenient and informative, like our digital courtesy inspection. Every vehicle that rolls into our shop receives a free digital courtesy inspection. It’s our job to take care of your vehicle and make sure you know everything about what it needs, and we take that job very seriously. Thorough inspections help us keep tabs on every part of your vehicle to identify work that is needed now and to monitor for future repairs that may require some budgeting. The inspection is completed digitally, so all results, images, and notes are available for your reference. Digital courtesy inspections give you the confidence to trust our technicians and make the best decisions for your vehicle.

How a Digital Courtesy Inspection Works

During our digital courtesy inspection, one of our certified team members will check every component of your vehicle and use a tablet to record their findings. They will take and share pictures to help you see your car’s condition for yourself, so you can see just how dirty your air filter is or how worn your tires are and be prepared for when they need replacement. We check everything from the headlights to the hoses, including fluid tests of everything under the hood and visual inspection of the steering, shocks, and suspension underneath the vehicle. If there’s a problem with your vehicle, we will find it and document it for your records. If you need to know about a vehicle’s overall condition, Silver Lake Auto’s digital courtesy inspection is your best option! Everything we find, good and bad, will be submitted to you, so you have all the information you need to take the best possible care of your vehicle.
