At Silver Lake Auto & Tire Centers, we believe you should have peace of mind when having your vehicle repaired or serviced, which is why we have implemented an extensive COVID response to ensure the health and safety of our customers and employees. We know these are uncertain times and we hope the following actions we are taking will help ease any concerns and even make the auto service process easier on you!
We have completely Touchless Services. You can have your vehicle serviced without having to leave the safety of your home or workplace. We have offered these Touchless Services for many years, so we already had the know-how and resources to make the experience of these services exceptional.
- Complimentary vehicle pick-up and drop-off
- Free use of our sanitized loaner vehicles for longer repairs
- Emailed and texted invoices and inspection reports
- Over-the-phone payment
- We sanitize vehicles at the end of each service.
- We have reconfigured our waiting areas to allow for social distancing between employees and customers, and our employees are instructed to wash hands frequently.
- At least twice daily, the entire building is sanitized by our staff.
- Every weekend our buildings receive an intensive sanitization by a professional cleaning service.
- Any staff that is not feeling well are instructed to stay home.
