At Silver Lake Auto & Tire Centers, we believe you should have peace of mind when having your vehicle repaired or serviced, which is why we have implemented an extensive COVID response to ensure the health and safety of our customers and employees. We know these are uncertain times and we hope the following actions we are taking will help ease any concerns and even make the auto service process easier on you!
We have completely Touchless Services. You can have your vehicle serviced without having to leave the safety of your home or workplace. We have offered these Touchless Services for many years, so we already had the know-how and resources to make the experience of these services exceptional.
We have reconfigured our waiting areas to allow for social distancing between employees and customers, and our employees are instructed to wear masks and wash hands frequently.
The back of our shops are well-ventilated, and our automotive technicians wear masks anytime they are in one of our customer’s vehicles or cannot social distance.
Twice a day, in the morning and mid-afternoon, we are doing wellness checks with our staff, including temperature checks.
At least twice daily, the entire building is sanitized by our staff.
Every weekend our buildings receive an intensive sanitization by a professional cleaning service.
Any staff that is not feeling well are instructed to stay home and will be paid as per the Covid Cares Act.
Any of our vendors, parts drivers, and affiliates cannot enter our building without masks.
Our emissions inspectors are not touching customers’ vehicles and must wear masks at all times while doing inspections. If you come in for an emissions test, we will ask you to wait outside with the car to reduce store traffic and will direct you through the process.
