An Open Letter to Our Customers
When my dad opened Silver Lake Shell in 1973 many things were vastly different than they are today. Cars were much simpler; Gasoline was $0.38/ gallon and the only way to communicate was face to face, through a rotary phone, or by a piece of paper. Today vehicles are extremely sophisticated and complex, gas prices are dancing around the $3 mark, and not even the Jetsons had as many ways to communicate as we do today.
The one thing that has not changed, however, is our commitment to earning your trust with every visit. From the vendors we choose to the team we build in our shops, trust is the cornerstone of our business. For over 44 years, we have provided our customers with trust and guidance to properly maintain, repair, and service their vehicles. By proactively choosing a preventative approach, we can give our customers all the information and guidance they need to make informed decisions and keep their vehicles running reliably year after year.
