Since we opened our doors in 1973, we’ve made it a point to hire family-oriented team members who fit our company culture. You may have noticed that we’re not open on Saturday or Sunday – that’s because we want our team to enjoy their weekends and spend quality time with their families, so they can come back to the shop refreshed and ready to care for your vehicle on Monday morning.
We care about your family’s needs, too, which is why we offer benefits like our concierge service and loaner cars for your convenience! You are welcome to use one of our 17 loaner cars while your car is in our shop, so you can continue with your day. If you can’t make it to our shop, we’ll even come to you at your home, school or office! Our goal is to make your experience at Silver Lake Auto as seamless as possbile.
Our Digitial Courtesy Inspections
We provide this service for every vehicle that comes into our shop, at no added cost to you. We want our customers to be well-informed consumers, so you can make the best decisions for your vehicle and your budget. The inspection process is tailored to you and your car’s specific needs, and is one of the ways we build trust in our relationship with our customers.
